BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
How to make a booking?
Bookings can be made via the telephone
web form or by
email; we will
then send you a letter of confirmation. This must be filled out, signed
and returned via the postal service or email however it must contain
your signature. You are also required to pay a deposit depending on the
size of the function to be booked.
Once we have received both the confirmation slip and the deposit we will
either email or text you to let you know that it has arrived.
How to cancel a booking?
Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by email no later than
14 days before date of the event. If you do not cancel by this date, we
reserve the right to withhold your deposit and charge you for the full
cost of the function.
Non-return of the confirmation slip, or a message on our answer phone
machine does not deem a successful cancellation of the booked function.
Please talk to us directly; we understand that cancellations are
inevitable, however we do require the opportunity to book another
client.
How to make a payment?
Payments can be made either by Cheque made payable to Black Knight
Disco, or on line through ‘PayPal’ which accepts all major credit and
